Playbook: Adoption Guide
BD4D Adopter Resources
You’ve finished implementing the BD4D Commitments into your organization’s data practices. What happens next?
First, congratulations!
Second, it’s time to let your community and data stakeholders know that you are a BD4D Adopter:
- Post a statement that you have adopted the BD4D Standard. This might be on your website, in your data use policy, a newsletter or blog post, and/or another relevant and visible location. If you like, you can even list the BD4D Declaration and Commitments. Whichever method you choose, it should include a link to the Better Deal for Data website. We’ve included titles, descriptions, links, and logos below for your use.
- You can refer to the program using the titles and descriptions listed below.
- You can also display the BD4D logo using any of the variations provided below.
We ask that you do not alter the titles, descriptions, or logos provided. If you need a special format or size, please contact us directly.
Finally, now that you have completed the process, we’d love to know. Please take a few minutes to fill out this short questionnaire to tell us about your organization, and your experience with the BD4D Standard and BD4D Playbook. We invite your feedback on what worked, and what could be better.
Thank you for being a part of this movement to unlock the power of data for social benefit. We’re thrilled to have you join us in building a better deal for all!
